Renovation of a municipal facility in Calgary, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Work of this Contract comprises the following: Replacement of domestic water piping, sanitary and vent piping, water closets and urinals, domestic water boosters and addition of oil interceptor as indicated on the contract documents. The intent of this Adjusted Price bid call is to solicit and receive formal offers to construct the following Project: Replace urinals and water closets in the core washrooms and associated flush valves as shown in the contract drawings. The existing lavatories to remain. Replace (6) backflow preventers as indicated on the contract drawings. Replace domestic water piping (hot, cold and recirc), waste and vent piping, boiler feed and makeup water piping as indicated on contract drawings. Replace existing domestic water boosters and provide oil interceptor for the parkade drains as indicated on the contract drawings. Contractor to perform camera inspection to locate existing underground sanitary pipe routing, sizes and invert in the parkade and replace as shown on the contract documents.
