Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Toronto, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; for site work for a multi-residential development; and 500,000-square-foot, 42-story above grade multi-residential development.
Construction of a 42-storey mixed-use residential tower to cope with booming enrollment numbers. Comprised of a 13-storey base and a 29-storey tower, this podium-tower will provide students with over 500,000 sq ft of mixed-use institutional and residential programming, including classrooms and academic facilities for the Faculty of Science. The 202 Jarvis Street project will be Canada's largest IPD tower. TIMELINE: IPD delivery tender for Framing and Drywall trades has closed. Project is currently on hold. Scope of work is subject to change. Timelines to start the construction have yet to be finalized. *Cost reflects the approx. value of the entire project which has been estimated at 475 million.
