The Contract will be for a Public Works/Public Improvement project subject to Oregon minimum wage rate requirements of ORS 279C.800 through 279C.870 (and Federal minimum wage rate requirements of the Davis-Bacon Act - 40 U.S.C. 3141 to 3148). (Because the City's estimate of contract value is $100,000 or greater, Bidders must submit a First Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form, provided in the Bid Documents, to the City no later than 4:00 pm local time, on the date for receipt of Bids.)
