Work to include: - Demolition of existing Windows/Frames, Vestibule Doors/Frames & Exterior Concrete Landing, Steps & Concreted pads. - Constructing new Windows, Doors, Vestibule, Upgrading Door Hardware, Adding new Exterior Door & Window Security Screens, Add new Interior Lobby Aluminum/Glass Vestibule, Add new Door Operators, Add new school security Door Buzzer Video Intercom System to new school vestibule, New Flooring, All new electrical wiring for above systems along with Lobby, Vestibule & Office lighting upgrades. - Exterior Work includes the replacement of Main Entrance concrete Landing, along with adding new Concrete Ramps.
