Site work and new construction of a parking garage in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the construction of a 672-square-foot, one-story above grade parking garage; and for site work for a parking garage.
The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of the construction of a storage garage and associated/related works located at 10 Allan Blye Drive, Winnipeg: and further identified as Amber Trail Storage Garage Project. Work shall include the construction of a wood frame structure on a concrete foundation with associated site work as per contract drawings. (a)Demolition of existing (b)Supply and installation of new concrete foundation. (c)Supply and installation of a new wood frame structure complete with cladding. (d)Supply and installation of new mechanical system. (e)Supply and installation of new electrical system. (f)Supply and installation of new decorative fence and associated site work as per contact drawings. (g)Demonstration and training on all mechanical and electrical systems. (h)Apply and pay for all permits and service locates required to perform the Work (i)Final cleaning and washing of construction work areas. The funds available for this contract are $139,000.00.
