The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to complete the exterior and structural upgrades; roofing, windows, doors, insulation, cladding systems and foundations within CFHAs residential housing unit(s) portfolio for CFB 17 Wing Winnipeg, Manitoba. Bids from bidders whose name does not appear on the official list of bidders who ordered the tender documents, may be declared invalid. The Work for Annex A must reach Substantial Completion no later than 217 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 14 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
