Renovation of an educational facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project consists of roof and exterior wall renewal to Carpathia School, and includes five major components of the work as follows: .1 Exterior wall upgrades to 1950's vintage envelope. .2 Roof replacement to both original roof areas as well as 1980's vintage gymnasium roof. .3 Rework of existing crawlspace, including excavation/reshaping. .4 Regrading of courtyard, including provision of new storm water management system. .5 Site works including grading, sod, sidewalks, and paving.
