Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Craig, Colorado. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.

The Work of this Contract for generally consists of the following restroom improvements: 1. Restroom and Shelter. A new restroom and shade structure with exterior pavilion. Proposed restroom shall be a CMU structure with standing seam metal roof and will house the women's restroom, men's restroom, and mechanical room. Proposed shade structure shall be constructed of steel trusses. Both the restroom and exterior pavilion will include a concrete slab on grade and structural footings. 2. Power, water, and sewer connections. The restroom shall be complete with power, water and sewer connections. The new restroom will include a new water meter, backflow preventer, and PRV. The work includes connecting the new sanitary sewer line to the existing sanitary sewer line to the east of the proposed restroom location. 3. Associated concrete and earthwork. The work includes all associated trenching, excavation, backfill, and compaction required for the project, as well as concrete for structural slabs and foundations, complete and in place. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis as described in the Measurement and Payment. The Project is to be fully completed within 120 calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed Each Bidder shall file with his bid a bid security in the form of a cashier's check, certified check or a bidder's bond in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Bidder to whom a Contract is awarded will be required to furnish a Performance Bond guaranteeing faithful performance and a Labor and Material Payment Bond guaranteeing payment of all debts arising out of the Work. No Bid may be withdrawn for the period of time after the date Bids are opened which is specified in the Bid Form. The City of Craig reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, and to waive any informalities or irregularities therein. The bids shall be completely filled out on the bid forms provided. Bids shall be addressed to the City of Craig and shall have the name of the bidder and "2021 Woodbury Park Restroom Project" written thereon. Failure to comply with the provisions of this paragraph will be cause for rejection of bid.
