Date: May 06, 2021 The 673d Contracting Squadron is contemplating a construction award for installation of an arctic package generator located in a parking lot area near building 7079 lift station on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), AK. This is a 35% conceptual design-build project to include installation of a new generator, automatic transfer switch (ATS), and a belly fuel tank within a weatherproof enclosure. Contractor to provide complete 100% design submittal, 100% specifications and 100% construction. Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to execute the project as shown on the drawings, specifications, and requirements. Perform work as described in the contract drawings and Statement of Work (SOW). Contractor shall deliver an engine generator that complies with the emission and fuel standards found in the New Source Performance Standard for Stationary Compression Ignition Internal Combustion and Engines.
