The City of Port Orange is soliciting sealed bids for street striping services. A Bid Guarantee in the form of a Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety or a certified check or bank draft payable to the City of Port Orange, Florida in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the proposed bid shall be submitted with each submission. Bidders must be a commercial entity licensed to do business in the State of Florida and perform the services identified herein. Bidders must be properly registered and licensed to provide the services identified in the scope of work, by all applicable state and local agencies.
