A Bid Guarantee in the form of a Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety or a certified check or bank draft payable to the City of Port Orange, Florida in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the proposed bid must be submitted with each submission. The City of Port Orange is soliciting sealed Bids for the purpose of limited interior repairs including replacement of the existing ceiling and replacement of the existing HVAC system. Bidders must be a commercial entity licensed to do business in the State of Florida and perform the services identified herein and properly registered and licensed to provide the goods or services identified in the scope of work, by all applicable state and local agencies. All Bids are solicited and shall be made pursuant to the Code of Ordinances, City of Port Orange, Chapter 2, Article VI, Division 2, Section 2.263, and all Bids will be evaluated in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.266.
