All untimely statements will not be considered and will be returned to the Respondent unopened. All statements will be evaluated to ensure they contain all required forms in order to deem the Respondent responsive or non-responsive The representative of each Responder shall be an authorized employee of the Respondent and shall sign in accordingly. Responders are urged to obtain Statement documents and familiarize themselves with the documents prior to the Pre-Statement Conference. The City of Port Orange is soliciting sealed statements of qualifications for roofing services under a continuing master contract. All Statements of Qualifications are solicited and will be evaluated on the criteria outlined in this RFSQ. An evaluation committee primarily comprised of City staff has been appointed to evaluate and rank the Statements of Qualifications received in accordance with the Code of Ordinances City of Port Orange, Chapter 2, Article VI, Division 2, Section 2- 278, and all statements will be evaluated in accordance with the provisions thereof.
