Project Number- DW6413010 The City of Port Orange is soliciting sealed bids for removal, relocation of fuel tank, new generator installation and construction of new electrical building. All untimely Bids will not be considered and will be returned to the Bidder unopened. All Bids will be evaluated to ensure they contain all required forms to deem the Bidder responsive or non-responsive. The representative of each Bidder shall be an authorized employee of the Bidder and shall sign in accordingly. DESCRIPTION: The City of Port Orange is soliciting sealed bids for removal, relocation of fuel tank, new generator installation and construction of new electrical building. Bidders must be a commercial entity licensed to do business in the State of Florida and perform the services identified herein and properly registered and licensed to provide the goods or services identified in the scope of work, by all applicable state and local agencies. All Bids are solicited and shall be made pursuant to the Code of Ordinances, City of Port Orange, Chapter 2, Article VI, Division 2, Section 2-263, and all Bids will be evaluated in accordance with the provisions thereof. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, superintendence, materials, plant power, light, heat, fuel, water, tools, appliances, equipment, supplies, and means of construction necessary for proper performance and completion of the Work. The Contractor shall obtain and pay for all necessary local building permits. The Contractor shall perform and complete the work in the manner best calculated to promote rapid construction consistent with safety of life and property and to the satisfaction of the Engineer, and in strict accordance with the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall clean up the Work and maintain it during and after construction, until accepted, and shall do all Work and pay all costs incidental thereto. He shall repair or restore all structures and property that may be damaged or disturbed during performance of the Work.
