Demolition, site work and addition to a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the addition of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project is located on the Southeast corner of the intersection of Tidwell Rd and Deep Valley Dr in the City of Houston, Texas. The project location address is 12818 Tidwell Rd, Houston, TX 77044. The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and plan to construct Lift Station No. 2 Expansion for Parkway Utility District including, but not limited to: demolition of existing lift station wet well, dry well, pumps, piping, concrete, chain link fence, asphalt pavement, generator, control panel, service rack, and associated appurtenances; a twelve foot (12') diameter cast-in-place concrete wet well; three (3) submersible pumps with guide rails, piping, fittings, valves, pipe supports, and pump lifting chains; concrete pavement; diesel generator with sub-base fuel tank and slab; service rack and control panel with slab; eight foot (8') cedar fence with sliding gate and pedestrian gate; site grading; bypass pumping system setup, coordination, and monitoring; water service line, backflow preventer and hose bibb; wet well vent, odor control valves, and bollards; junction manhole and influent sewer lines; all electrical facilities including junction boxes, autodialer, floats, transducer, conduits and conductors; and all else specified and shown in the contract documents required for a complete and functioning lift station.
