Renovation of a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to construct Lift Station No. 1 Rehabilitation for West Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 1 including, but not limited to; demolition of the existing piping and valves in the wet well and valve vault, replacement of demolished piping and valves, wet well and valve vault recoating and concrete repair, bypassing the lift station, installation of a doghouse manhole, and replacement of all electrical equipment, control panel; and all else shown on the construction drawings and detailed in the contract documents for a functioning lift station. There will be no pre-bid meeting for this project. Sealed bids addressed to West Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 1 will be received in the offices of Jones|Carter, 2322 W Grand Parkway North, Suite 150, Katy, Texas 77449, until 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 7, 2021 and then publicly opened via conference call (dial-in instructions are available at www.civcastusa.com) and read for furnishing all labor, material and equipment and performing all work required for the construction Plans, specifications, and bidding documents are available at www.civcastusa.com. Bidders must register on this website in order to view and/or download specifications, plans, and any attachments for this project. There is No charge to view or download documents. ATTENTION: Pursuant to Texas Government Code 2252.908, unless you are publicly traded entity or a wholly owned subsidiary of the same, you must provide Parkway Utility District (the "District") with a printed and signed copy of a completed Certificate of Interested Parties form (Form 1295) and a certificate of filing at the time of bid opening. Failure to do so will result in an irregular bid. To complete the disclosure of interested parties form, or for further information, please visit the Texas Ethics Commission's website at https://www.ethics.state.tx.us. The disclosure of interested parties form shall be included in the bid submittal.
