The work includes, but is not limited to: construction of Water Plant No. 1 MCC Replacement and SCADA System, including but not limited to the demolition of the existing motor control center, autodialer, pressure switch enclosure and control panel; demolition of the existing CMU wall; construction of a motor control center with a PLC, conduit, wire, controls; construction of the proposed CMU wall; recoat the exterior Control Building; blast and recoat the GST No. 1 interior wall isolated areas and drain line assembly area; clean and touch-up coat the GST No. 1 fill line coupling, the GST No. 2 foundation flange isolated areas, the GST No. 2 exterior wall isolated areas, the GST No. 2 fill line coupling, the HPT No. 1 suction line coupling, the HPT No. 2 tank isolated areas; secure the pipe strap at the water well; install a pipe strap at the water well; repair the HPT No.1 drain line; and all else as shown on the construction drawings and detailed in the specifications for a fully functional facility The deadline to ask questions is 4/03/2021 10:00 AM CST .
