This is an invitation to bid on bid packages listed in the HSAMCC Bid Manual posted on BXWA.com as part of the HSAMCC Shoreline Community College Project No. 2018- 102 H (1-2). Please carefully read the bid manual and associated bid package descriptions defining scope of work for specific inclusions and exclusions for each bid package. Note this project includes apprenticeship utilization, and small business participation requirements. *No overall Project Budget Estimate to share for this project, but if subcontractors have specific questions on certain Bid Packages they can Forma Construction directly. The project consists of two phases. Phase work of this contract as follows: Phase 1: Site Work, including site electrical infrastructure improvements, grading, parking, fire lane, paving, landscaping, irrigation, and storm water improvements at the greenwood parking lot. Demolition of Building 2500 and portions of Building 2400, and construction of the Health Science and Advanced Manufacturing Classroom Complex. Phase 2: Demolition of Buildings 2400, 2600, 2700 and 2800, and site work including site electrical infrastructure improvements, grading, and paving, landscaping irrigation and storm water improvements. Construction began in August 2021 and is expected to be complete in March 2024.
