Additions and renovations to Liberty Hill Elementary School and Noble Elementary School in LHISD. Schools will be priced separately. GMP 1 includes: 04-01 - Masonry 05-01 - Structural Steel 05-02 - Structural Steel Erection 05-03 - Verification and Control for Steel 05-04 - Edge Protection 05-05 - Stair Nosings 07-04 - Metal Wall and Soffit Panels 07-06 - Preparation for Reroofing 07-07 - Roofing Subcontractor warrants and represents all materials incorporated in the Work shall be new and of the required kind and grade for the exact purpose intended and all workmanship shall be of the good and workmanlike quality and shall be performed by experienced workmen well qualified in their respective trades . All work included in the Subcontract shall be completed to the satisfaction of the Contractor, Owner and Architect. Subcontractor shall provide, at its own expense, all working drawings, tests, samples, models, guarantees, insurance, delivery services, and all other items necessary for the proper performance of this Master Agreement and separately issued Subcontract(s) and acceptance of the Work. Subcontractor shall pay for all inspections, fees, royalties, and license fees. Subcontractor shall make all necessary arrangements so as not to infringe any patents, trademarks, or copyrights and shall hold Contractor, Owner, and the Architect/Engineer harmless from any infringement claim or suit. The Subcontractor shall prosecute the Work undertaken in a prompt and diligent manner whenever such Work, or any part of it, becomes available, or at such other time or times as the Contractor may direct, so as to promote the general progress of the entire Project, and shall not, by delay or otherwise, interfere with or hinder the work of Contractor or others. Subcontractor shall be responsible for the proper fitting of its Work with that of all other work to be performed at the Project and for the coordination of the Subcontractor's operations with all other trades, subcontractors, or material suppliers engaged upon the Project. The Subcontractor shall be responsible for all dimensions pertaining to the fitting of its Work with all surrounding work, and shall, to the extent its Work does not conform to the Drawings, Plans and Specifications, perform all cutting, fitting, adjusting and patching necessary to make its Work fit with that of other trades. If Subcontractor deems that work to which the Subcontract Work is to be applied or affixed is unsatisfactory or unsuitable, written notification of said condition shall be given to Contractor before proceeding or taking remedial action; otherwise Subcontractor shall be deemed to have accepted such preceding work as satisfactory suitable and thus fully and solely responsible and liable for any and all expense, loss, or damages resulting from defects or unsatisfactory condition of the preceding work, and Contractor shall be relieved of all liability in connection therewith. *Please note that the estimated value reflects the entire scope of work.
