Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Urbana, Illinois. Completed plans call for the construction of a 45,000-square-foot, two-story above grade fitness / recreation center; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Plans call to construct 45,000 square-foot health and wellness center in Prairie Park. The new Health and Wellness Facility will be on East Washington Street, between the Brookens Center and Preston Williams Elementary School. As of January 31, 2024, the project is under construction as of Spring 2023. Construction is expected to be completed by late 2024. A general contractor and architect have been identified.
