Renovation of a water / sewer project in Ashland, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

REMOVE AND REPLACE EXISTING DOCK LEVELER AND DOCK BUMPERS. 2. REMOVE AND REPLACE THE EXISTING WEST AND EAST CONCRETE STAIRS. 3. REMOVE AND REPLACE EXISTING ALUMINUM RAILINGS WITH GALVANIZED STEEL RAILINGS. 4. REMOVE AND REPLACE THE EXISTING DOCK EDGE STEEL ANGLES AND PAINT. 5. REPAIR CONCRETE SURFACES AS NOTED. 6. MAKE FULL-DEPTH CONCRETE REPAIRS AT DOCK EDGE ANGLES. 7. APPLY AN EPOXY/AGGREGATE TRAFFIC COATING SYSTEM OVER ENTIRE EXISTING CONCRETE DOCK SURFACES AND OVER NEW CONCRETE STAIRS. 8. CLEAN RUST AND ENVIRONMENTAL STAINS FROM VERTICAL CONCRETE DOCK SURFACES. WEST TREATMENT PLANT - MASONRY MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR: 1. TUCKPOINT SELECTED AREAS OF BRICK VENEER AND LIMESTONE VENEER BY REMOVING EXISTING MORTAR JOINTS AND REPLACING MORTAR. 2. REPLACE DAMAGED BRICK VENEER AT SELECTED AREAS. 3. REPLACE DAMAGED LIMESTONE VENEER AND SILL UNITS AT SELECTED AREAS. 4. REMOVE EXISTING SEALANT JOINTS AT NOTED LOCATIONS AND REPLACE WITH NEW BACKER ROD AND SEALANT. 5. INSTALL NEW METAL FLASHINGS AT NOTED LOCATIONS. 6. AT LIMESTONE WALL COPING CAPS, REMOVE EXISTING BED AND HEAD JOINT MATERIAL AND INSTALL NEW SEALANT JOINTS.
