Furnishing of all materials, tools, machinery, and equipment necessary for the construction of the N Locust Bus Drive Access & High School Resurfacing Project. Results of the bid will be emailed to the addresses provided on the proposal due to COVID-19 protocols. The N Locust Bus Drive Access & High School Resurfacing Project consists of the construction of an a nearly 900-foot bus access drive and pedestrian sidewalk with minor drainage improvements at N Locust Street. The project also includes approximately 166,400 square feet of milling and resurfacing at the Oak Harbor High School. The Benton-Carroll-Salem Local Schools reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any irregularities in any bid, and to accept any bid which is deemed to be the most favorable to the Schools. Benton-Carroll-Salem Local Schools also reserves the right to add or subtract from the quantities shown in the proposal. No bidder may withdraw his Bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of Bids.
