Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Annapolis, Maryland. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, professional engineering services to provide planning, design, and permitting for two New Sidewalk Connections at the locations of Cedar Park Road and Farragut Road, Annapolis, Maryland. Quetions will be accepted at bids@annapolis.gov prior to 5:00 p.m. local time, Friday, August 11, 2025. Questions concerning this Solicitation should be directed to Charles M. (“Mike”) Garascia, City Procurement Officer at bids@annapolis.gov. Questions will be received until DATE at TIME. Also include in the email in the cc: line Allyson De Matteo at amdematteo@annapolis.gov. Commencement and Expiration. This Contract shall commence on the date set forth in the Contract, and shall expire eighteen (18) months later, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions of the Contract. The City of Annapolis reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, to waive informalities as deemed appropriate by the City, to award multiple contracts, and to select the Proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
