The Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority Advertisement Invitation for Small Diameter Sewer Rehabilitation Vendor Questions Due Date: Nov 9th 2021, 4:00 PM PWSA is requesting bids for the rehabilitation and construction of the sewer collection system in the vicinity of the Squirrel Hill and Homewood neighborhoods of the City of Pittsburgh. Work shall include CIPP lining of existing sewers ranging from 8 to 30 inches in diameter and associated point repairs and miscellaneous items included in the contract documents. PENNVEST Funding will apply to this project. The Work will be substantially completed within 180 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 4.01 of the General Conditions, and completed and ready for final payment no later than 270 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph4.01 of the General Conditions. All excavation repairs (manhole installations, manhole raises and point repairs) must be completed and final restoration must be completed by October 31, 2022. Supplier Diversity Program(SDP) MBE/WBE/DBE/SBE/VBE/SDVBE: The Owner's current EOP goal sfor all contracts is between ten percent (10%) and twenty-five percent (25%).
