Site work for a water / sewer project in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

As of 10/9/23, per Owner, project has been cancelled, no plans for immediate rebid. This IFB will be administered by Felicia Mazza, Contract Specialist. All questions pertaining to this IFB prior to selection shall be submitted via Bonfire Procurement Portal. Questions are due no later than 4 PM on September 25, 2023. All communication of any nature with respect to this IFB shall be addressed through the Bonfire Procurement Portal. Prospective firms and their staff are prohibited from communicating with City and PWSA officials, staff, members of City Council and PWSA Board of Directors regarding this IFB or submittals. Such contact is prohibited from the time the IFB is released until the selection results are publicly announced. Violation of this provision may lead to disqualification of the firm's submittal for consideration. 2023 Neighborhood Lead Service Line Replacement LSLR Contract 2 It is the intent of the PWSA to establish a contract to perform/provide printing services/material. The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, tools, and appurtenances necessary in order to complete the scope of work required. The detailed scope of work is included in Attachment The Contractor shall: A. Perform the work in a manner that supports the PWSA's commitment to Environmental Compliance, Ethics and Conduct by being a steward of the environment under Contractor's control and doing so in a professional manner by incorporating the following actions into planning and conducting the Work: a. Protect the air, water, land, and other natural resources. b. Comply with applicable environmental regulations and permit requirements. c. Prevent pollution, minimize waste, and conserve resources. d. Comply with PWSA's Code of Conduct, Code of Ethics and other policies. e. Report any concerns regarding environmental compliance, ethics/conduct, or safety under the Contractor's control, as well as concerns observed outside the scope of work. B. Schedule with the Project Manager a kick-off meeting to review contract, environmental compliance, and ethics requirements for the work. C. Make available to Contractor's staff and sub-contractors information on PWSA's compliance and ethics program, including copies of codes and policies. D. Review Federal SAM system (http://www.sam.gov) to identify any firm or individual that would be a sub-contractor or supplier of service associated with the Work. Contractor shall not knowingly utilize a firm or individual listed on SAM as debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment or otherwise ineligible. If Contractor identifies a SAM listed individual or firm, they shall consult with PWSA prior to entering into a transaction. The Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority is seeking bids for printing services for the 2023 Neighborhood Lead Service Line Replacement (LSLR) - Contract 2. The printing services include: 1. Printing of door hanger cards 2. Printing of Pocket folders, envelopes and information sheets 3. Printing of address-specific letters for mailing 4. Collation of pocket folders, info sheets, envelopes and letters into packets 5. Mailing of completed packets Scope of Services Detailed specifications for the printing services are included in Attachment A, and an example of the materials is included in Attachment B. Note that the actual text on the printed materials shown in Attachment B may change, but the Attachment A specifications (size, paper, colors, etc.) will remain as shown. Final In-Design files will be provided to the successful bidder upon contract award. The following are the scope items. It is therefore the current goal of the PWSA to encourage increased MBE, WBE, SBE, VBE, DOBE, LGBTBE participation in all business pools. The PWSA's current supplier diversity goal is between ten percent (10%) and twenty-five percent (25%). The PWSA intends to monitor the progress closely, including revising the practices and procedures from time to time as conditions warrant.
