Pre-bid questions and answers: Because of formatting issues they have been removed from this section and added as an attachment . 2/25/2022 This amendment was created to add an addendum to the Specificiations titled 6974GH-22-R-00017 Addendum No. 1 - GNAS Upgrade Mech-Elec. 2/22/2022 A site visit is scheduled for Friday, February 25, 2022 at 10:00 AM. Please advise the Contracting Officer (Nia Glover, nia.glover@faa.gov) in writing of your intent to attend by noon, February 24, 2022. Your request should include the name of attendee, title of attendee, name of company, and contact information to include phone number and email address. Attendees for the site visit should enter the Aeronautical Center's main west entrance gate on South Regina Avenue and proceed to the Security Command Center just inside this entrance. NOTE: During the site visit, the FAA will not be providing transportation to the GNAS B195, in order for potential offerors to view the worksite; therefore, offerors will be required to register their vehicles and provide documentation in order to travel to the GNAS B195. Due to COVID-19 pandemic, potential offerors are limited, two attendees ONLY at the site visit. Please advise the Contracting Officer (Nia Glover, nia.glover@faa.gov) in writing of your intent to attend by noon, February 24, 2022. Telephone requests will NOT count as notification of attendance. It is very important that potential offerors notify the Contracting Officer of your intent to attend the site visit. It may be necessary to conduct the site visits in shifts; therefore, it is important that potential offerors notify the Contracting Officer of your intent to attend the site visit as previously stated in this paragraph. DO NOT ASSUME THAT YOU CAN SHOW UP FOR THE SITE VISIT UNLESS YOU HAVE NOTIFIED THE CONTRACTING OFFICER IN ADVANCE PER THE REQUIREMENTS STATED IN THIS PARAGRAPH. Please find the current COVID 19 guidance on the Safer Federal Workforce website and follow all applicable regulations. 2/22/2022 Some of the attachments that are attached to the Solicitation are not accessible. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) is seeking proposals from sources capable of providing the following services for a Construction project titled: GNAS Mechanical & Electrical Upgrade in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. The Estimate Price Range: $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This is a 100% Small Disadvantage Business Set-Aside. Please read the attached Solicitation in it's entirety and all other Attachments. The attachments are included in the one file SIR 6973GH-22-R-00017. Click the paperclip to reveal the eleven (11) documents attached to the soliciation. Follow the instructions outlined in Sections L & M for submitting a responsive proposal. Please include the solicitation number 6974GH-22-R-00017 in the subject line of all email correspondence. Project includes replacement of the boiler, cooling tower, air handling unit, heat recovery unit, air terminal units, air devices, ductwork, controls, etc. Power revisions, lighting (both interior and exterior), lighting controls, etc.
