Construction is expected to start mid-May, 2022 and be completed September 30, 2022. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference The Buffalo and Erie County Industrial Land Development Corporation is soliciting proposals from Engineering firms to provide Engineering Documents (Engineer's Report, Design Plans & Specifications) along with construction administration and resident engineer during construction for work on the Former Bethlehem Steel Redevelopment Site in Lackawanna, New York. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
