Deadline for Questions June 08, 2021 @ 2:00 PM This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Vernon (the "City") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Waste Collection Services, as further described in the Part A: The Services. The City's overall objective for the performance of the Services include: 1 Partnering with a qualified Contractor to perform the Services in a professional, responsible and cost-effective manner. 2 Processing the waste stream of Vernon Residents in a manner that optimizes safe, sensible and sustainable solutions. 3 Selecting a single "Best Value" provider capable of providing a single provider integrated solution has the best potential to provide cost advantages, operational efficiencies and optimized stakeholder communication.
