Cost Estimate: $3,200,000 -- 3,700,000 (excluding Washington State sales tax) Bids may be delivered between. 8:00 am and noon on weekdays only Hand-delivered sealed bids shall be placed in a marked box on the loading dock on the west side of the building prior to the bid due date and time. Bids received after such date and time will. not be considered. Bidders accept all risks of late delivery, regardless of fault. Bids properly received. will be publicly opened and read at the District's Administration Building. The District is not responsible for any costs incurred in response to this invitation to Bid. The project work is located in Snohomish County, WA. The purpose of this project is to: Install approximately 22,500 +- linear feet of cured in place sani-tary sewer main in sizes varying from 8-inches to 18-inches; install cured in place pipe in approximately 151 sanitary sewer laterals varying in length from 5-feet to 49-feet each. Project work. also includes tem-porary traffic control, erosion and sedimentation control, bypass pumping, site restoration, and. other associated work items. Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the Contract Documents. Bids shall constitute offers to the District, which shall be binding for 90 days from the date of bid opening. District reserves the right to reject any bid, any portion of any bid and/or to reject all bids. The District fur-ther reserves the right, but with-out, obligation, to waive informali-ties and irregularities. No bid will be considered unless accompa-nied by a bid guaranty (certified or cashiers check, surety bond, or postal money order) payable to Alderwood Water & Wastewater District in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Total Bid Price.
