The CITY OF LYNNWOOD Public Works Department (City) solicits qualifications from engineering consultants to provide engineering services for the Value Engineering Review of City's Wastewater Treatment Plant Facility Plan. The City anticipates selecting a consultant from the Statement of Qualifications submissions, based on compiled scores. However, the City may elect to shortlist three firms for phone or in-person interviews, and final selection would then be based on interviews. To be considered for this project, firms must meet the qualifications and satisfy the requirements set forth in this RFQ. Any requests received after this date will not be addressed. Note that all questions, clarifications, or requests for general information about the project should be submitted electronically via the Q&A section in the project portal. Consultants should avoid contacting the City's Project Manager or other employees to inquire about the project during the advertisement period. Project Description The work to be performed by the CONSULTANT consists of conducting a detailed review of the proposed facility plan, performing risk analysis and value engineering of the plan, and developing a comprehensive report. The report will include feedback on compliance and adaptability, preliminary stakeholder engagement, and strategies for effective management and delivery of the project phases recommended in the facility plan. The CITY OF LYNNWOOD reserves the right to retain the services of the successful firm(s) for any subsequent phases (R/W, CN) associated with this/these service(s). Evaluation Criteria Submittals will be evaluated and ranked based on the following criteria: consultant team, relevant qualifications and experience, project approach, client references and SOQ attachments.
