Site work and new construction of a transportation facility in Lititz, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.

The project will consist of four prime contracts: Contract GC-1 (General Construction) Contract MC-1 (HVAC Construction) Contract PC-1 (Plumbing/Fire Protection Construction) Contract EC-1 (Electrical Construction) Electronic contract documents, proposal forms and drawings may be obtained from the ARCHITECT. Bids shall be prepared and submitted on the prescribed forms in accordance with instructions contained in the Instructions to Bidders and Divisions 00 and 01 of the Project Manual. The Lancaster Airport Authority expressly reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the same. Each bidder must deposit with his/her proposal a bid security in an amount equal to at least 10% percent of his/her Base Bid. Said security shall be in the form and subject to the conditions given in the Instructions to Bidders. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Successful bidders, must enter into the Agreement and furnish the Contract Bonds and evidence of required insurance with fifteen (15) days after notification acceptance of such proposals, all as more specifically required in the Contract Documents. Wages as predetermined by the Secretary of Labor and Industry of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and included in the specifications and contract documents and/or addenda thereto shall be used by the CONTRACTOR in paying labor in connection with the work under these contracts. All work under these contracts shall be subject to the regulations contained in the Pennsylvania Steel Products Procurement Act.
