Site work for a transportation facility in Lititz, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility.
Bids shall be prepared and submitted on the prescribed forms in accordance with instructions contained in the Instructions to Bidders and General Provisions (Section 20) Divisions of the Project Manual. The Lancaster Airport Authority expressly reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the same. Said security shall be in the form and subject to the conditions given in Section 20 of the General Provisions. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Wages as predetermined by the Secretary of Labor and Industry of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and included in the specifications and contract documents and/or addenda thereto shall be used by the CONTRACTOR in paying labor in connection with the work under this contract. All work under this contract shall be subject to the regulations contained in Division 8 of the Project Manual.
