The installation includes all demolition, grading, and site prep work required to install the building an connect the utilities as stated in the plans and specifications. The scope of work also includes ADA upgrades to the existing parking lot that will bring the ADA parking stalls and pedestrian sidewalks up to current ADA code. The work hereunder constitutes a "public work" as defined in Chapter 1, Part 7, Division 2 of the California Labor Code, and Contractor shall cause the work to be performed as a "public work" in accordance with such Chapter of the California Labor Code. The Council of the City of Fresno has adopted Resolution No. 82-297 ascertaining the general prevailing rate of per diem wages and per diem wages for holidays and overtime in the Fresno area for each craft, classification, or type of worker needed in the execution of contracts for the City.
