This will include development of a 1.18-acre site to include but not limited to paving, concrete curbs, stormwater system, landscaping, sidewalks, site lighting and utilities associated with building. As well as construction of a new Fire Station Building: Total 7,876 S.F.: Includes, but not limited to, masonry walls, open web steel joists, standing seam metal roofs, single-ply low-slope roofs, exterior doors, aluminum windows, wood doors, tile, carpeted floors, toilet rooms, offices, HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical services as shown on the project drawings. The Project is located within the City of New Port Richey, Florida, 5220 Grand Blvd., New Port Richey, FL 34652. The Work is generally described as furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services and incidentals including warranty, necessary to provide the Owner with the items shown on plans and details for the Fire Station No. 2 Relocation Project. All work shall be in accordance with the construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
