Renovation of a water / sewer project in New Port Richey, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
**As of May 11, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Email all questions to Gary Peterson, Project Manager, Stroud Engineering, at Gary@stroudengineering.com, by 4:00 PM on April 8, 2022. A single response addressing all questions will be e-mailed to all bidders of record by 4:00 PM on April 14, 2022.. The Work is generally described as furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services and incidentals necessary to provide the Owner with the following project elements: Approximately 60 Linear Feet of 24-inch DIP and Fittings with Protecto 401. One 24-inch Line Stop. One 24-inch Gate Valve and Box. Removal and dispose of exiting 24-Inch pipe and fittings Associated piping appurtenances and connection to the existing sewer effluent system from the Oxidations Ditch No. 2. Miscellaneous site work and restoration of sod and asphalt pavement. The City of New Port Richey reserves the right to reject any or all bidder for any reason. Including but not limited to, Owner believes that it would not be in the best interest of the Project or The City to make an award to that Bidder, whether because the Bid is not responsive or the Bidder is unqualified or of doubtful financial ability or fails to meet any other pertinent standard or criteria established by Owner.
