The Pasco County Housing Authority (PCHA) is requesting quotes for Civil Engineering Services to provide an assessment with a signed and stamped report regarding the existing infrastructure at the Property located at 7240 & 7338 Massachusetts Avenue, New Port Richey, Florida. Time is of the essence. No additional cost will be paid above the contract amount when the Contractor has neglected to properly evaluate the extent of the scope work. ALL WORK SHALL MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE MUST RECENT FLORIDA BUILDING CODE. PCHA reserves the right to reject any or all quotes if such action is in the best interest of the Housing Authority. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
