Renovation of a mixed-use development in New Port Richey, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.

As of  April 18, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline or award has not yet been established. The project contemplated involves construction of improvements consisting of the following major components: Removal of rainwater as needed. Remove and store ladders, slides, hooks, hand rails, light covers, inlet covers and drain covers from pools as needed. After the pool is drained it will be inspected for cracks and if cracks are found, management will be notified. A cost Estimate for repairs must be included in the Contractor's Bid. Perform 24 hour Static Water Test to verify Water Loss. Refinish pool interior with HYDRAZZO, or a like agreed upon product. Refinish gutters with HYDRAZZO, or a like agreed upon product. Cut back at beach entry grate & reset at proper elevation for new finish. (Gutter slope from lip of gutter to gutter drain must be increased downward, not to exceed 2 inches. The lip of the gutter must be level, within 1/4 " overall.) Install gutter fittings, frame & grates Qty. 16 Grates 12" x 1" PVC color: Blue Install upper tile to match existing tile 166 Lin. Ft. Install lower tile to match existing tile 160 Lin. Ft. Install NON SKID step tile as per code 160 Lin. Ft. Install VGB Compliant main drain frame and grate Qty. 2 Install Depth Markers as per code Qty. 58 tiles Install International "No Diving" tiles Qty. 13 tiles Install NO ENTRY Markers as per code Qty. 5 tiles Install AT WALL Markers as per code Qty. 2 tiles Install AT DRAIN Markers as per code Qty. 2 tiles Obtain all applicable permits needed for the project Contractor will have 60 days to complete the project and will be under contract that could enforce a $1000 per day penalty if timeline is not met. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish the necessary additional bond(s) for the faithful performance of the Contract, as prescribed in the Contract Documents.
