Site work and new construction of a civil project in Catalpa, Virginia. Working plans call for the construction of a 720-square-foot, one-story above grade water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of July 29, 2024, project is cancelled. No definite date for rebid. Provide electrical work in accordance with the Contract Drawings and as specified herein. The new electrical system shall be design/built by the Contractor. Provide necessary items for a complete installation of electrically operated equipment specified in specifications and as shown on the Contract Drawings. The system shall be in general accord with the design presented on the contract drawings. Bid Security: Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or an acceptable bid bond in the amount of 5 percent of the base bid. A Performance Bond and a Payment Bond will be required in the amount of 100 percent of the bid.
