Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Little Elm, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for the renovation of a swimming pool; and playground / park / athletic field.
Park improvements include concrete trail, drives and parking, site furnishings, playground area, pavilion structures, signature lighthouse, (2) restroom buildings, floating kayak launch, signage, landscape enhancements, irrigation, and other miscellaneous park features as indicated on the drawings. A bidder may bid on one (1) or more bid items on the same form. Each bid item must be bid complete with no alterations and must be accompanied by a qualification statement. See plan sheet exhibit attached for the bid items requested. Scope of work for this bid includes the following: Concrete Trail (12' Width) Decomposed granite trail (12' width) Day Use Pavilions Day Use Pavilion Tables Day Use Pavilion Grills Playground equipment & installation, include play shade structure Playground surfacing- excavation & draingage by GC Performance Pavilion Signature Pavilion (without lighthouse) Interpretive Signage TPWD Temporary & Permanent Signs Project is tax exempt. Additonal items, outside the exhibit, may be bid on a separate bid form if desired, please email pricing for items outside Grant Scope of work to Bids@millis.com
