Site work for a water / sewer project in Little Elm, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Scope Work is described in general, non-inclusive terms as: 1. Demolish existing bar rack, maintenance platform, and other miscellaneous utilities. 2. Installation of a new mechanically cleaned step fine screen and stainless steel baffle plate in an existing concrete channel. Step screen to be furnished by the Owner. 3. Installation of screenings discharge chute into Screenings and Grit Container Building. 4. Extend existing non-potable water piping and other utilities, to serve the new fine step screen. 5. Installation of a step fine screen control panel and associated electrical conduits and wire. 6. Coordination with the new step fine screen manufacturer for installation assistance, start-up, and training services. The Town of Little Elm is accepting bids for Wastewater Treatment Plant Fine Bar Screen Addition. Bidders must submit with their bids a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%), from a reliable Surety Company as guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract and execute required bond and guarantee forms provided within ten (10) days after notice of award of contract to him.
