Renovation of a water / sewer project in Little Elm, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Town of Little Elm is accepting bids for the Wastewater Treatment Plant UV Disinfection System Upgrades. Bidders must submit with their bids a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%), from a reliable Surety Company as guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract and execute required bond and guarantee forms provided within ten (10) days after notice of award of contract to him. Bid bond may be scanned and uploaded with electronic offer, or delivered sealed hardcopy. Bid bond MUST be received PRIOR to bid opening, regardless of delivery. All questions during the bid process shall be submitted electronically for response. Question Deadline 06/06/2024 at 11:00 AM CT The UV Disinfection System Upgrades project consists of the replacement of the ultraviolet disinfection equipment at the Towns wastewater treatment plant, including demolition of the existing equipment, structural modifications, electrical modifications, and installation of new disinfection equipment.
