Richland School District Two is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors to restripe twenty-five (25) District parking lots. Bidders are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the job sites and all aspects of the scope of work requirements prior to submitting a bid. Contractors are strongly encouraged to attend ALL pre-bid site visit meetings. A copy of the bid package is available on the District's e-Procurement Portal, ProcureNow. Richland School District Two is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors to restripe twenty-five (25) of the District school's parking lots. Bidders are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the job sites and all aspects of the scope of work requirements prior to submitting a bid. Contractors are strongly encouraged to attend the pre-bid meetings. This is the ONLY opportunity to see the scope of work to be performed. Contract Period begins: June 21, 2021 through August 31, 2021. There will be a $500 per day penalty if the job is not completed by the end of this contract period. Richland School District Two will accept bids from qualified contractors to furnish paint and labor to restripe parking lots at twenty-five (25) schools, per the following specifications: o Contractor to restripe all parking lots, fire lanes, etc., to include repainting any curbing that has already been previously painted. o Contractor will remove all empty containers and waste produced from the project and dispose of off-site. Contractor is responsible for the removal of any debris on a daily basis. o Work will need to take place on weekends and after 4:00 pm on weekdays while school is in session. Maintenance Director will discuss the starting date for work with the winning bidders, but work should take no more than two months to complete, once started.
