The scope of work under this bid shall include all supervision, materials, labor and equipment necessary for the demolition and removal of a 0.210 MG galvanized bolted steel ground storage tank (GST) with a 0.210 MG welded steel GST, including coatings and tank appurtenances, at the City of Spring Valley Village Water Plant located at 1025 Campbell Rd, Houston, Texas. Contractor shall fully complete the entire Scope of Work to the satisfaction of the City within 270 calendar days after the date of the written notice to proceed has been issued by the City.
