Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Delta, Colorado. Completed plans call for the addition of a municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The Board of County Commissioners of Delta County, Colorado is soliciting competitive sealed bid proposals from licensed General Contractors for PHASE 2 of the Delta County Courthouse Renovation and Addition Project, located at 501 Palmer Street, Delta, CO. The project consists of, among other things, the Courthouse Lobby Security Remodel that will provide a single entry point to the courtrooms and access to the County Clerk's and Recorder's office, Treasurer's office, Veterans Services, and Colorado Department of Motor Vehicle. The project will also consist of the installation of a handicap ramp from the lobby to the elevator and enclosing the ramp to provide for Americans with Disabilities Act access to the courts and Courthouse. The County reserves the right to reject any bids; to change, add, or amend the specifications; to waive any informality; to accept the proposal which, in its judgment, best serves the interest of the County.
