As of 7/8/2021 project was already awarded, but amount not available. Scope of Work The Service Provider shall assist the County with site selection for meter and rain gauge equipment relocations, installation, diagnostic, maintenance, repair, field confirmation, data analysis and reporting services for the County's network of permanent meters and rain gauges at various locations throughout New Castle County. The Service Provider shall provide the same services for future temporary metering projects. The County currently has an inventory of thirty-two (32) ADS Trition+ wastewater flow monitors and ten (10) Rain Alert III rain gauges. The County shall have a minimum of twenty-five (25) and up to thirty-two (32) active wastewater flow monitors during the service and data reporting timeframe. The Service Provider shall be responsible for the installation, field confirmation and all maintenance and repairs of the equipment necessary to ensure continuous and accurate data collection and reporting for the life of the contract. The Service Provider is also responsible for the data analysis and reporting as specified herein. Damage to equipment and/or private/public property by the Service Provider during any phase of this contract is the sole responsibility of the Service Provider to fully restore to the condition prior to damage. The County currently has 32 active flow meter and 10 rain gauge monitor sites. The County will periodically move any of the above equipment to new locations. For any new meter site(s), the Service Provider shall conduct a field inspection to ensure hydraulic suitability. This may involve confined space entry to secure accurate measurements of pipe geometry, channel configuration, velocity profile, presence of silt, and overall site hydraulics. The Service Provider shall be provided with as-built drawings where available, but shall not rely upon as-built drawings to confirm site suitability.
