The work consists of plumbing, carpentry, flooring, updating lighting and electrical components, exterior stucco patch, paint interior and exterior, fence repair, carport roof edge repair, and other appurtenant work as specified. Estimated cost of contract. Metropolitan expects the total cost of construction to range between $60,000 and $75,000. This estimate is intended to serve merely as a guideline of the magnitude of work.
