The City of Norwalk (City) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants ("Proposers") to provide construction management and inspection services for the Local Streets Rehabilitation, funded by Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) fund. All questions, inquiries and clarifications must be submitted via email to _purchasingdivision@norwalkca.gov with the subject line "RFP No. 22-662, CDBG LOCAL STREETS REHAB, City Project No. 7930." All questions, inquiries and clarifications must be received no later than 10:00 a.m. on November 10, 2021.
