Demolish one (1) existing wooden ramp and steps at the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) modular and to provide and install one (1) new aluminum ADA wheelchair ramp, handrails and associated components and two (2) landings with steps outside the entrances. Contractor shall also provide two (2) new aluminum ADA wheelchair ramps, handrails and associated components and two (2) aluminum steps outside the front entrances to the DSH - Metropolitan Cottages.
