FHarbor Lights Plant Interconnect Project Citrus County, Florida ("County") invites interested parties to submit a Bid to provide complete construction of the Harbor Lights Plant Interconnect Project. This Florida Springs Grant funded project is to include demolition and decommissioning of existing wastewater treatment plant, a pump station, a gravity manhole, 4,942 linear feet (LF) of 4-inch force main, and Right of Way (ROW) restoration. This project will remove an aging wastewater package plant with no mechanism of removing nutrient pollutants from the effluent. All work shall be in accordance with the construction plans, special provisions, and contract documents. Minimum Requirements for Submitting a Bid Bidder shall meet, at a minimum, one of the following requirements to be determined a responsive and responsible Bidder at the time of Bid Submittal: 1. Certified General Contractors License 2. Underground Utility Contractor License Security Bond of 5% of Bid amount Performance and Payment Bond-100% of Bid amount Question End Date 6/21/2021 4:00 PM
