Site work and paving for a road / highway in Watsonville, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Remove / stockpile the existing AC and AB; remove and dispose of underlying existing native soil. The stockpiled AC and AB shall be mixed with cement, moisturized, and compacted to form base for new HMA; pave with new HMA; re-stripe. Project Duration: 60 Work Days Liquidated Damages: $3,200.00 Per Calendar Day The undersigned agrees, that if this proposal is accepted, to sign the agreement and to furnish the faithful performance bond, the payment bond and the insurance certificate within the time span specified in the General Provisions, and if the undersigned fails to contract as aforesaid, it shall be understood that the contract has been abandoned and therefore that the proposal guarantee shall be forfeited to and become the property of the City. Otherwise, the proposal guarantee accompanying this proposal shall be returned to the undersigned.
