The Contract shall have an initial term of two (2) years, beginning on the date of the Contract award The City of Raleigh (COR) is seeking one or more qualified firm(s) with which to contract for the following services: The City of Raleigh requests qualifications for professional consultant engineering services for design and permitting of the Durant Road 36-inch transmission main. The proposed project will install approximately 16,000 feet of 36-inch transmission main from the E.M. Johnson Water Treatment plant to the intersection of Durant Road and Capital Boulevard. The City of Raleigh requests qualifications for professional consultant engineering services for design and permitting of a new 54-inch raw water line, to extend from the existing pump station at Falls Lake to the EM Johnson Water Treatment Plant. The proposed transmission main will be routed onto the northern portion of the site from Raven Ridge Road into the raw water pipe corridor onsite and will extend a distance of approximately 15,000 feet.
